They can explain exactly why they react the way they do.
They’ve read the books.
They’ve processed their childhood.
They’ve talked through the relationships.
And yet.
They still feel stuck.
Not because they’re broken.
Not because therapy “doesn’t work.”
But because insight alone doesn’t create transformation.
You can’t think your way into a new nervous system.
You can’t analyze your way out of old emotional patterns.
Understanding is powerful.
But action is what rewires.
